Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of the frequently asked questions that you may find useful:

What exactly do you do?
We initially work with head teachers to help solve challenges in their schools — We listen carefully and then reflect on our experience and expertise and will be completely honest in whether we are the right company to help.

Who do you work with?
Mainly head teachers and senior leaders in primary and secondary schools across a range of settings. After an initial meeting we are happy to support in almost any area of a School setting. Most recently we have worked with supporting cover supervisors to maximise academic progress, staff members to improve their behaviour management, Heads of Years to maximise their impact in parental meetings and many other aspects.

What kind of problems can you help with?
Behaviour, leadership, staff development, school improvement, and creative learning — whatever’s getting in the way of your school moving forward.

How do we get started?
It begins with a phone conversation and then ideally a face to face meeting. We’ll talk through what’s going on, and I’ll suggest practical next steps tailored to your school.

Do you offer one-off visits or longer-term support?
Both! Some schools need a single session; others prefer ongoing support over weeks or terms. I’m flexible.

What’s different about your approach?
I’ve worked in schools for 25 years—including as a Deputy Head Teacher in my last two Schools. I understand the pressures and offer honest, grounded advice that works.

Can you help us get ready for Ofsted?
Yes, we can run mock deep dives, review key areas, and help staff feel confident ahead of inspection.

Do you do training for staff?
Yes - We offer CPD sessions on leadership, behaviour, parental meetings, and more—always tailored to your context.

Do you work with schools facing serious challenges?
Yes - We support schools in all kinds of situations — including those in special measures or going through big changes.

How can we get in touch?
Just drop us an email or use the contact form. One of our consultants will get back to you to arrange a free initial chat.
